Our Commitment
At Anvi Health, we believe true healthcare begins with understanding the whole person.
We see weight not as a number but as a reflection of physical, emotional, and metabolic health.
Everything we do is guided by compassion, science, and integrity—ensuring every patient feels heard, respected, and supported.
This Charter defines the ethical, professional, and legal standards that guide how we work with our patients, partners, and one another.
1 Personalised, Not One-Size-Fits-All
- Every patient is unique. Care plans are tailored to each person’s goals, health conditions, culture, and lifestyle.
- Quick fixes are replaced with long-term, evidence-based solutions.
- We listen carefully to our patients’ ideas, concerns, and expectations to build trust and true partnership.
2 Whole-Person Care
- We address all aspects of wellbeing—sleep, nutrition, stress, movement, hormones, and the microbiome.
- We recognise that inflammation and metabolic imbalance often drive obesity and chronic disease.
- Our programmes treat underlying causes, not just visible symptoms.
3 Stigma-Free and Compassionate
- Every patient deserves dignity and empathy.
- We challenge stigma surrounding obesity and chronic illness.
- Our language and actions always promote encouragement, not blame.
4 Science-Backed and Safety-First
- All interventions are grounded in current clinical evidence and NICE guidance.
- Pharmacological therapies (e.g., GLP-1s) are prescribed only under medical supervision, with clear education and follow-up.
- Safety monitoring and ethical prescribing are non-negotiable.
5 Collaboration and Integration
- Our multidisciplinary team—GPs, dietitians, psychologists, physiotherapists, and personal trainers—works together to deliver joined-up care.
- We communicate with patients’ GPs where appropriate to maintain continuity.
- Patients are active partners in every decision.
6 Long-Term Health Transformation
- We focus on sustainable change, not short-term results.
- Transition and maintenance planning are embedded in every programme.
- We celebrate progress and build resilience for lifelong wellbeing.
7 Empowerment Through Education
- We provide resources, tools, and coaching so patients understand and manage their own health.
- Knowledge builds confidence—and confidence sustains results.
8 Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Anvi Health uses AI to enhance—not replace—human clinical judgement.
We are committed to ethical, transparent, and accountable AI practices.
- Privacy & Security: All AI systems protect patient data and comply with UK GDPR.
- Fairness & Equity: Algorithms are monitored for bias and inclusivity.
- Human Oversight: Every AI-supported process remains under clinical review.
- Transparency: Patients are informed whenever AI assists their care.
- Governance & Training: All staff follow Anvi Health’s AI Governance Policy and receive ongoing training.
Our aim is to advance innovation while preserving humanity, trust, and safety in healthcare.
9 Advertising and Promotion Ethics
We communicate with honesty and transparency.
All promotional and educational materials must accurately represent our services—safe, evidence-based, and compassionate.
- All public statements must be truthful, balanced, and non-misleading.
- Marketing will never discourage or exclude individuals with significant health needs.
- Every item of promotional content—digital or print—must pass internal review and approval.
- Representatives may not create or modify materials without prior authorisation.
- No claims, comparisons, or testimonials may misstate facts or omit essential context; all must be supported by credible evidence.
Our goal: to build trust through clarity and integrity in every message we share.
10 Antitrust and Fair Competition
Anvi Health is committed to fair, open, and lawful competition.
Our growth must always reflect ethical practice and genuine innovation.
- Compete Honestly: We succeed through quality, patient trust, and superior outcomes—not by unfair or deceptive conduct.
- No Collusion: We never discuss or coordinate with competitors on pricing, marketing, territories, or confidential business information.
- Avoid Improper Contact: If a competitor raises inappropriate topics, employees must end the conversation and report it to Governance.
- Truthful Representation: We never make false, misleading, or incomplete statements about competitors or their services.
- Ethical Information Gathering: We do not obtain non-public data about other companies through illegal or unethical means.
- Accountability: All staff, consultants, and partners must understand and follow this policy; training will be provided regularly.
Fair competition sustains innovation and reinforces public trust in Anvi Health.
11 Accountability and Continuous Improvement
- Every member of Anvi Health shares responsibility for upholding these standards.
- We welcome reflection and feedback to strengthen our practices.
- Policies are reviewed regularly to ensure alignment with evolving evidence, law, and best practice
